The European Ceramic Days, the preeminent policy event for Europe’s ceramic manufacturers, will take place from Tuesday 21 November until Wednesday 22 November. Although the Cerame-Unie General Assembly and sectoral meetings are reserved for members, the  public conference on 22 November will be open to the public.

This public conference will reflect the current trends in research & innovation in ceramics at European level, taking stock of the progress made over the last years under Horizon 2020 and discussing the key obstacles to increased cooperation in a sector with great potential for innovation but largely composed of SMEs.  The conference will be moderated by Peter Woodward  and will explore this topic with a focus on resource & CO2/energy efficiency and digitalization & advanced technologies.
